At present, our 19 member team includes six accredited members and nine candidate members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC), dedicated researchers and a full support/clerical staff. The list describes the credentials and experience of our staff appraisers, clerical support and appraisal support staff.

With numerous appraisers, research/support staff and administrative personnel, our staff is capable of working in varying combinations and in teams of varying sizes to effectively complete appraisal assignments in a timely manner. On large projects, personnel are clustered into Project teams operationally reporting to Mr. MacFarlane, with appraisal review and content under the review and direction of Mr. Visser. In addition, our offices and computer networks are set up to facilitate the sharing of information and resources that allow us to complete large scale appraisal assignments.
